Q - What's your refund policy?

A - If the order has not been processed, I can cancel the order and refund immediately. If the order has been dispatched you can return it for a refund of the product- not including the cost of postage paid.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately via the contact form or at my email PipTruman@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can correct the issue.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customised or commissioned items. I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Q - When will I receive a dispatch notification after placing my order?

I package and send orders within two weeks of purchase, so the dispatch time will vary! If you are on a deadline please contact me via email at piptruman@gmail.com with your order number and I will do my best to fulfill it!

 

Q - My order hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

If you are from the UK, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks since receiving a dispatch notification before contacting for a lost package.

If you are from anywhere else, please allow up to 4 weeks since receiving a dispatch notification before contacting for a lost package.

Until these time periods have passed I am unable to begin a replacement/refund process as Royal Mail enforces a strict timeline on such cases. If these time periods have passed, then please contact me via piptruman@gmail.com to begin the replacement/refund process.

If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, your parcel will automatically be processed with tracked shipping, and you can check it's progress on Royal Mail's website.

 

Q - What shipping company will my order be sent with?

A - I will be dispatching all orders via Royal Mail, this is also the route to use to check on tracking information.
